CRAB DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 scallions, chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
3 tsp. horseradish
A few drops Tabasco
1 pkg. (6 oz.) frozen crab, thawed or 1 can Harris crab (blue label)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. dried parsley
Crackers

Spread softened cream cheese in layer on bottom of dish; cover with chopped scallions. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce. Mix catsup, horseradish and Tabasco. Spread on top of scallions. Cover with crab. Top with lemon juice and parsley. Serve with crackers.
