8 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 (6-7 oz.) cans each crab Meat, drained 2 tbsp. milk Old Bay seasoning, to taste Cheddar cheese Club crackers Cream cheese may be softened by removing wrapper, placing in an oven proof bowl, and microwaving for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Small 5 1/2 inch round oven proof dish, mix cream cheese, crab, milk and a sprinkle of Old Bay. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve with crackers. |
