MEXICAN MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can (8 oz.) Hunt's tomato sauce
1 c. broken corn tortilla chips
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can (4 oz.) green chilies, diced
1 egg
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix beef with 1/2 can tomato sauce and remaining ingredients. Set remaining tomato sauce aside. Shape meat mixture into a loaf and place in shallow baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Drain. Pour remaining tomato sauce over meatloaf and bake 5 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
