MEXICAN MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 c. broken tortilla chips
1/2 c. chopped onions
4 oz. diced green chilies
1 egg
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt

In bowl mix beef with 1/2 of the tomato sauce and remaining ingredients. Set remaining tomato sauce aside. Shape meat mixture into a loaf and place in shallow baking dish.

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Drain; pour reserved tomato sauce over meat loaf and bake 5 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Makes 6 servings.
