PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. club soda (or 7-Up, Sprite)
1/2 c. nuts (opt.)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients well at medium speed with electric mixer for approximately 5 minutes. Bake in greased 13"x9" pan for about 45 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean in center of cake. Let cake cool on wire rack.

ICING:

1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
1 env. Dream Whip
1 sm. carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. nuts (opt.)
1 c. milk

Beat pudding, Dream Whip and milk together until almost thick. Add Cool Whip and nuts and beat until thick and glossy. Frost cake when completely cool. Refrigerate cake after icing it, or until ready to serve. Store in refrigerator.
