PIZZA MEAT PIE 
6 oz. can evaporated milk
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
3 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
3/4 c. or more shredded sharp process American cheese
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine milk, crumbs, garlic salt, and ground beef; mix well. Press into bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate. Spread catsup over meat. Sprinkle with oregano and mushrooms. Top with American cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15-25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer. Makes 4-6 servings.
