PUMPKIN BREAD 
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. sugar
2/3 c. water
2 c. prepared pumpkin
1 c. Mazola oil
3 1/3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 box raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix together dry ingredients. Mix together remaining ingredients. Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours in 2 loaf pans. Serve cold. Top with whipped topping, if desired.
