1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck 2 celery stalks, chopped 1 med. onion, chopped 2 (15 oz.) cans diced tomatoes 1 (16 oz.) elbow macaroni Mozzarella cheese Brown ground chuck, celery and onion in 3 quart saucepan. Add tomatoes. Simmer 3 hours. Cook macaroni; drain. Add to ground chuck sauce. Place in 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle top with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6. |
