TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
4 c. Red Delicious apples (unpeeled)
1 c. salted peanuts
1 (8 oz.) container non-dairy topping

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Combine flour and sugar, and mix well. Beat egg and add to flour and sugar. Add vinegar and pineapple juice. Heat all above in small saucepan on low heat; stir and cook until thick; cool. When cool, pour over bite-size pieces of apples, pineapple and peanuts. Mix in non-dairy topping. Chill and serve.
