TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
4 c. diced Red Delicious apples, unpeeled
1 c. honey roasted peanuts

Combine flour and sugar; mix well. Beat egg. Add to flour mixture. Add vinegar and pineapple juice. Cook in small pan on low heat, cook until thick. Cool. Pour dressing over diced apples, pineapple and peanuts. Stir in Cool Whip.
