ZUCCHINI PICKLES 
2 lb. firm zucchini
2 onions
1/4 c salt
2 c sugar
1 tsp celery salt
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp mustard seed
3 c cider vinegar

Cut zucchini into thin slices and cut onions in quarters. Slice onion very thin and add to zucchini. Cover with water and add salt. Let stand two hours and drain thoroughly.

Bring remaining ingredients to a boil. Pour over zucchini. Let stand two hours. Bring all ingredients to boil and boil 5 minutes.

Pack into hot jars. Process in hot water bath for 15 minutes.
