SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1 c butter
2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
2 c sifted flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder

Topping:

1/2 c chopped nuts
2 heaping T brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp dry instant hot chocolate mix (opt)

Mix first 3 ingredients with electric mixer. Add sour cream and vanilla; mix with spoon. Don't overmix. Add flour sifted with baking powder and salt. Pour 1/2 batter into Bundt pan, greased. Sprinkle with 1/2 topping mix. Add rest of batter and top with rest of topping mix.

Bake 55 minutes at 350°F.
