SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
2 cubes butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 small carton sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs (1 at a time) and beat well. Mix flour, salt and baking powder. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Add vanilla.

Cinnamon Mix:

1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. nuts

Bake in Bundt pan, alternating 3 layers of cake mix with 2 of Cinnamon Mix.

Bake 1 hour at 325°F.
