SHORT CUT LASAGNA 
1 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 env. spaghetti mix
2 (12 oz.) cans V-8 juice
1 pkg. lasagna noodles
1 (12 oz.) cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Heat oil in large skillet; add meat and cook, stirring with wooden spoon to breakup. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, spaghetti mix and V-8 juice. Bring to boil; lower heat and simmer 10 minutes. Cover bottom of an oiled 13x9x2 inch baking dish with thin layer of meat sauce, then add a layer of uncooked noodles, layer of cottage cheese, layer of Parmesan cheese and one of Mozzarella cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
