PUMPKIN DESSERT 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine above ingredients and press into an 8 x 8 inch pan for the crust.

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 qt. ice cream, softened
1/2 to 1 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. ginger

Mix above ingredients together and spoon over graham cracker crust. Put in freezer to harden.
