PEANUT COOKIES 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. corn flakes
2 c. rolled quick oats
2 c. peanuts with red skins left on (if salted, eliminate the 1/2 tsp. salt from recipe)

Cream sugar and butter. Salt is optional. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Sift flour, soda and baking powder together and add to first mixture. Add other ingredients. Drop by small spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.

Bake in 400°Foven for 8 to 12 minutes for chewy (barely browned), longer for crisp cookie.
