PEANUT BUTTER FINGERS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 c. quick cook oats
1 c. chocolate chips

Cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until well blended. Blend in egg, peanut butter, soda, salt, and vanilla. Stir in flour and oats. Spread in greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let stand 5 minutes. Spread chocolate evenly when melted. Drizzle topping over chocolate. Cool. Cut into fingers or bars.

Peanut Butter Topping:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. peanut butter
2-4 tbsp. cream

Combine above ingredients and mix well.
