GRANDMA'S STUFFED ROLLS 
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can Ortega chili
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped olives
3 eggs, hard boiled
6 green onions (tops included)
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. French rolls, cut in half

Grind first 8 ingredients in a meat grinder or food processor. Chill overnight. Put mixture on roll and bake, open face, at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
