CHICKEN AU PARIS 
3 pkgs. lg. skinned, deboned chicken breasts
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms with liquid
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. sour cream
2/3 c. sweet sherry - not cooking sherry but good stuff

Place chicken meaty side up in large baking pan pre-sprayed with Pam. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake uncovered 1 1/4 hours, 350 degrees.
