CREAMED CAULIFLOWER 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk

Break cauliflower into pieces and boil in salted water until tender. In a saucepan put 2 tablespoons butter and melt over low heat. Add 2 tablespoon of flour and let bubble for 1 minute. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper, stirring all the while. Take from heat and add 1 cup milk, stirring until thick. Pour over cooked cauliflower.
