CHILE RELLANO 
2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, chopped & drained
3 to 4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. buttermilk baking mix
2 c. milk
5 eggs (instead of all yolks, I use 2 whites for 1 egg; therefore, 10 whites)

Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle chilies in pan, cheese on top. Beat baking mix and eggs together. Pour over chilies and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees 25 to 35 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. These recipes have been tried, and proven. Maybe will save for next edition. Good Luck!
