SHRIMP CANAPES 
1 c. boiled shrimp, peeled
4 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. mayonnaise (can use light mayonnaise)
French rolls (about 1 in. in diameter)
1/4 stick of butter

Slice bread thin and spread with butter.

Put shrimp in blender or food processor for a few seconds to chop. Mix shrimp, cheese, onion and mayonnaise. Spread mixture on buttered bread. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Can be made ahead of time and frozen (before cooking).
