VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 can whole kernel corn, drained 1 can mixed vegetables, drained 1 can English peas, drained 1 can French style beans, drained 1 can mushrooms, drained (optional) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed 1 onion, chopped Mix all together in large casserole dish. Mix 1 stick butter, melted and 1 package Townhouse crackers, crumbled (can use Hi Ho's or other crackers), sprinkle over casserole. Sprinkle 1 package slivered almonds on top (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Serves a large crowd. May be divided and frozen for future use. |
