CHICKEN DIVAN 
1 lb. chicken
16 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 cans drained mushrooms (or fresh)
1 lb. linguini noodles

Boil chicken until meat falls off the bone. Cool and take meat off the bones. Discard skin and bones. Boil linguini according to directions on package, about 15 minutes. While cooking noodles, steam broccoli with all the other ingredients, saving some Mozzarella cheese to cover top of casserole. Bake at 400 degrees until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
