MARINATED 3 BEAN SALAD 
8 oz. yellow beans, canned or freshly cooked
8 oz. green beans, canned or freshly cooked
8 oz. red kidney beans, canned or freshly cooked
2-3 tomatoes, quartered
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
6 oz. Italian salad dressing

Drain beans. Mix in a container with tomatoes and onion. Add dressing. Chill in a covered container. Toss and serve. Recipe can be varied with black olives, mushrooms or zucchini.
