CHICKEN NOODLE BAKE 
3 c. chicken, cooked and deboned
1 1/2 c. broken uncooked noodles
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Combine chicken, uncooked noodles, milk, salt, pepper, and broth in 2 quart microwave safe casserole dish. Mix lightly. Cover and place in microwave oven. Cook in microwave at 70% for 5 minutes. Stir, cook for another 5 minutes. Stir; add cheese. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Serves 4-6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
