CHINESE COLE SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
4-6 scallions, chopped
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sesame seeds (2 oz. bottle)
1/2 c. slivered almonds (2 oz. bag)
2 pkgs. Ramen chicken, noodles, uncooked

Chop cabbage and scallions. Set aside. Brown sesame seeds, almonds, broken up noodles and noodle flavoring packets in oil. Prepare dressing. When ready to serve, combine cabbage mixture, noodle mixture and oil dressing mixture.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar

Combine all dressing ingredients and shake until sugar has thoroughly dissolved.
