CHICKEN 'N RICE | |
1 cut-up chicken 1/2 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing 1/2 (8 oz.) jar apricot or peach preserves 1 packet dry onion soup mix Combine the cut-up chicken with the mixture of dressing, preserves, and soup mix. Cover every piece well. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake for 1/2 hour. Serve with a salad and rice. Gravy from the chicken can be used on the rice. Easy meat dish. |
