1-1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Combine ingredients thoroughly. Shape into a loaf in a shallow baking pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Let meat loaf stand 5 minutes before serving.
