PEA SALAD 
2 (8 oz.) cans peas, drained
4 eggs, hard boiled
1 c. celery
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. sweet pickles, chopped
Salt, pepper & celery seed to taste
Diced cheese, lots of it
Mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together, adding salt, pepper and celery seed to taste. Chill at least 4 hours and serve over lettuce or spinach leaves.
