1 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 cup ketchup (Hunts)
2/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil
5 to 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tsp. ground ginger

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Use on beef, pork or chicken.
