GRAHAM CRACKER DREAM BARS 
1 box graham crackers
1 c. butter
1/2 c. whole milk
1 c. sugar
1 extra lg. egg, slightly beaten
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. crushed graham crackers

Line bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Fit solid across bottom, even if you have to quarter crackers. Melt butter in double boiler, add milk, sugar and egg, cook until slightly thickened. Add coconut, nuts and crushed graham crackers. Cool slightly, pour over crackers in pan. Top with whole crackers to fit those on the bottom. Frost with powdered sugar frosting, chill, cut in squares.
