KENTUCKY CORN BREAD 
1 1/2 c. self rising cornmeal
2 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. creamed corn

Mix all ingredients and bake in an iron skillet on 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
