LAZY CABBAGE 
2 lb. ground sausage
1 c. raw rice
2 cans tomato soup
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
2 lbs. cabbage, finely sliced
2 cans water

Saute meat in skillet until browned; spoon off fat. Add onion soup mix and rice to the meat and stir well. Put sliced cabbage into large baking pan (9 x 13). Spread meat mixture over cabbage.

Pour tomato soup mixed with water over cabbage and meat. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
