BAR-B-Q MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. hamburger meat
Chopped bell pepper (opt.)
Onion, desired amount
1 tsp. Morton seasoned salt
1 dash garlic salt
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
1/3 c. rice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 squirt ketchup

Mix all together, form meatballs and fry until brown, then pour bar-b-q sauce on top and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.
