MOLASSES BLUEBERRY CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1 heaping tbsp. shortening
2/3 c. molasses
1 c. milk
2 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ginger
1 c. blueberries

Cream sugar and shortening; add 2/3 cup molasses, beat. Add 1 cup milk and flour mixture; beat well. Add 1 cup blueberries. Flour into greased pan dusted with flour. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
