CHERRY BUTTERCAKES 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 tbsp. confectioners' sugar

FILLING:

1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 can whipped cream

Mix flour, soft butter and confectioners' sugar in medium bowl (with clean hands). Divide dough into 6 equal parts. Shape each part into a flat round about 3 inches in diameter. Place round on an ungreased baking sheet. Chill 1 hour. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Top rounds with cherry pie filling and whip cream. Makes 6 servings.
