Oatmeal Cookie Bars - Recipe

OATMEAL COOKIE BARS

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients well.

Add:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal

Spread in greased 9 inch square pan. Bake 350 degrees, 20 minutes.

Melt chocolate with butter for glaze and add chopped nuts. Cool and cut into bars.
