ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips
2 c. Hamburger Mix (see below)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. sour cream
1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Crush the corn chips and combine with the hamburger mix, tomato sauce and enchilada sauce. Pour into greased casserole dish. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Spread sour cream on top, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 5 more minutes.

HAMBURGER MIX:

2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
