APPLESAUCE DELUXE 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) raspberry or cherry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 1/4 c. applesauce
1 tsp. lemon juice

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Blend in rest of ingredients. Pour into molds. Chill. Serve with sour cream or mayonnaise. Serves 4.
