LASAGNA 
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 onion, chopped small bits (1/2 c.)
3 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 basil leave
1/4 c. parsley
1 tbsp. wine
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

In large kettle brown onion slightly in oil. Add sauce and paste and remaining ingredients. Cook on medium for 1 hour. Stirring frequently so sauce will not stick. Then cook on simmer for 2 hours.

2 lbs. ground beef
1 box lasagna noodles

LASAGNA FILLING:

2 lbs. ricotta cheese
1/4 c. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1/8 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs

Add browned ground beef to above mixture. Boil lasagna noodles and drain. Mix the lasagne filling in large bowl well. Layer lasagne in 13 x 9 pan, 1 layer lasagne, 1 layer cheese mix, 1 layer sauce. Repeat ending with lasagna layer top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Cool and cut in squares.
