1 - 2 - 3 POT ROAST | |
1 rump or bottom round roast 2 jars Heinz chili sauce 2 chili sauce jars red wine 2 chili sauce jars of water Brown meat. Add chili sauce, wine and water. Simmer 3 hours, turning once or twice. An hour before serving, put meat in refrigerator leaving gravy in pot on stove. Remove meat from refrigerator and slice. Place slices in gravy and heat. Serve with noodles. |
