PEANUT BUTTER PIE | |
3/4 c. powdered sugar 1/2 c. peanut butter, creamy or crunchy 1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding 1 sm. pkg. Cool Whip 1 baked pie shell Mix powdered sugar and peanut butter until crumbly. Reserve 2 tablespoons for topping. Sprinkle remainder into baked pie shell. Mix vanilla pudding according to package directions. Pour over peanut butter mixture and chill. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top and refrigerate. |
