LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. can of whole tomatoes
2 cans of tomato sauce
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. basil (use fresh if possible and lots more)
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1/2 box lasagne noodles
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 sm. carton cottage cheese

Brown meat, add onions and garlic. Boil noodles for 8-10 minutes and drain. Add tomatoes, sauce and seasonings to meat and simmer. Mix eggs thoroughly in cottage cheese in a bowl and set aside. Alternate noodles, cottage cheese mixture, meat sauce and cheese, two layers of each in a 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with spaghetti sauce to top the lasagna.
