EASY PEACH CRISPY PIE 
1 egg
2 tbsp. light cream
1 can peach pie filling
1 8" pie shell, unbaked
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. butter

In medium bowl, beat egg. Add cream and pie filling. Spread into pie shell. In bowl blend sugar, flour and butter with a fork; sprinkle over filling. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 375 degrees and continue baking 30-35 minutes.
