SEA FOOD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lobster or crabmeat, cut in pieces
1 lb. lg. scallops, cut in pieces
1 c. butter, melted
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 c. med. cream
1/4 c. Sauterne or white wine, optional
Add 1/4 c. more cream if wine is omitted

Grease casserole dish. Melt butter. Add all the crumbs. Put cream in a small bowl and add wine. In another bowl, mix lobster or crab and scallops together. Sprinkle 1/3 crumbs in casserole dish. Add 1/2 of the seafood mixture and top with 1/2 of the cream and wine. Repeat process again, ending with crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 3/4 hours.
