MICROWAVE MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
2/3 c. milk
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (4 oz.) jar mushrooms
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. catsup

Combine egg, milk, onion, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Add to ground beef and bread crumbs. Mix until blended. Shape into loaf handling as little as possible in microwave safe pan. Spread catsup on top. Cover. Microwave on medium high (70% power) for 22-24 minutes or until no longer pink. Allow to stand 5 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
