CHICKEN CACCIATORE I | |
1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut in cubes 1/4 c. olive oil 1 (#2 1/2) can tomatoes 1/2 c. mushrooms, julienned 1/2 c. green pepper, julienned 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1 garlic clove 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. oregano 2 bay leaves 1 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. burgundy wine Saute chicken in olive oil. Add onions and cook until golden. Add rest of ingredients. Cover saucepan and simmer about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with spaghetti. |
