BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or creamy chicken mushrooms)
1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
Dash of salt
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick butter, melted

Boil broccoli until tender. Drain. In large casserole dish mix broccoli, mayonnaise, soup, soup mix and salt. Crumble crackers on top. Drizzle butter over crackers. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
