BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
Ritz cracker crumbs, buttered

Cook broccoli according to directions on package. Drain and chop into small pieces. Mix with cooked rice, Cheez Whiz, water chestnuts and soup. Pour into casserole dish. Top with buttered Ritz cracker crumbs.

Bake in 350°F oven until crumbs are brown.
